Located in a quiet, green neighbourhood of Belgrade, this single-family residence responds to the demands of contemporary family living while respecting the character of its surroundings. Its bipolar architectural composition establishes a dialogue between the existing residential fabric and the area’s ongoing transformation into a modern neighbourhood. The site’s topography, plot geometry, and the client’s wish to create a seamless connection between the interior living spaces and the garden became the key drivers of the ground-floor layout.
