Core Refurbishment and Conversion of a Single-Family House into Three Apartments

The existing single-family house underwent a comprehensive core refurbishment and was reorganised into three independent residential units. As part of the conversion, the internal layouts were restructured and the building services and envelope were modernised. The compact building form with its characteristic pitched roof was retained and carefully enhanced with contemporary window openings and a new dormer. The result is a modern three-unit residential building that gives the existing structure a long-term use while creating additional housing.
