Revitalisation and Adaptive Reuse of a Listed Printing Works

Built around 1937, the listed industrial building is considered an icon of Modernist architecture and originally housed a large printing works with massive production machinery. As part of a comprehensive refurbishment, the building was technically and functionally modernised and transformed into a contemporary office environment. Its characteristic structural and façade elements were carefully preserved in accordance with the requirements of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. The project was developed through all planning stages.
