The design is defined by clear cubic geometry and a restrained contemporary architectural language. Dark, large-format façade panels create a calm building envelope, selectively accented by warm timber slats and generous window openings. The covered entrance forms a distinctive architectural frame and provides a sheltered transition into the house. The double garage is fully integrated into the building volume, while the roof terrace above extends the upper-floor living space with a private outdoor area.
