The former printing facility was extensively converted and redesigned to provide residential care and support for people requiring intensive care. Parking and storage areas were created in the basement, while the ground floor accommodates 14 resident rooms and the required ancillary spaces. By adding an upper floor and an attic level, three separate residential units were created for the care and support staff.
