The listed high-rise is a defining element of the historic urban fabric and a prominent part of the city skyline. As part of its comprehensive refurbishment, the building was technically and functionally modernised and reorganised for predominantly office use, with retail space on the ground floor. Its original structural and façade elements were preserved in accordance with the requirements of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. The scope covered HOAI service phases 3 to 6, with BIM used to coordinate all specialist disciplines.
