The existing commercial and production complex, comprising office, administration, storage and manufacturing areas, was revitalised through targeted refurbishment and conversion measures. A new spatial layout creates flexible units that accommodate a wide range of commercial uses and can be adapted to future requirements. The integration of renewable energy systems, particularly a photovoltaic installation, complements the functional reorganisation with a sustainable energy concept.
