As part of its comprehensive refurbishment, the building was technically and functionally modernised and reorganised for predominantly office use, with retail space on the ground floor. Its original structural and fa\u00e7ade elements were preserved in accordance with the requirements of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments.
